The brief
Translate the client’s script for The Euphrates Protocol into a cinematic trailer with an ancient, ominous atmosphere. The required imagery was specific: the Euphrates River, beings chained beneath it and an old-style trumpet. The production needed to connect those images into a sustained rise in tension.
The approach
Visual development established the key entities and the world around the river. The sequence moved through ritual imagery toward the awakening, with a client-supplied Titan image incorporated into the ritual passage. Voiceover, rumble, trumpet sound and shifts in intensity helped connect the imagery, making sound part of the narrative structure rather than an accompaniment added afterward. The reveal was shaped through timing and scale, balancing the ancient setting with the threatening presence of the figures.
The film
In collaboration with Kingston Boi. RogueRise’s contribution included character visualization, cinematic production, voiceover, sound design and editing around the supplied script and creative direction. The film connects the river setting, ritual imagery and supernatural reveal through timing, scale and sound.
